Shipping Information
When Will I Be Charged?
Your payment method will be charged as soon as you complete your order.
Order Confirmation: As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
How Soon Will My Order Ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Order Shipment: If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.
Will I Receive a Tracking Number?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier details (FedEx, UPS, or USPS First Class Priority Mail).
We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@www.solarflaresgenerator.com.com
How Can I Get Updates on My Order?
Use your tracking number to monitor your shipment directly on the carrier’s website. If you need assistance, contact us via our Contact Us page.
Returns & Exchanges
What If My Item Arrives Damaged?
Damages: We’re sorry to hear that! Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to support@solarflaresgenerator.com and we will process a claim on your behalf at no extra cost.
What If I Don’t Like My Purchase?
Cancellations & Refunds: All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
We offer a 30-day return policy from the delivery date for unused and undamaged items in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact us via our Contact Us page to request a return authorization.
- Pack the item securely and include your original order number.
- Ship the return to the address we provide.
